We accept no liability for any sim or memory cards from the device, so please ensure you remove them for your safekeeping. Phone Garage will provide a free verbal quote or a hard copy quote for $50 upon assessment(in particular for use in insurance claims). Once a non-warranty quote has been approved -less the repair has been completed, then the quoted amount is payable) a change of mind to reject note will incur a $50 quote rejection fee. Phone Garage does not offer waterproofing service after repairs conducted on manufacturer cle waterproof or water resistant devices. Phone Garage cannot be held accountable for subsequent liquid damage. Our employees will contact you once your phone has been returned from our repair center. You have 14 days to collect your phone from the return date and finalize any payment owed. If the phone has not been collected within the 14-day period we will dispose of the phone, unless alternative arrangements are made with staff. $50 technician fee is non-refundable, even if the device cannot be fixed - this covers all costs related to disassembly & reassembly of device. Unlocking handsets: no refunds will be given on any handset found to be IMEl blocked by the provider. It is the customers responsibility to find out this information prior to booking the handset in for unlocking. Any handsets being unlocked from overseas carriers may result in delays. No Liability for damage to exterior of device during device disassembly or reassembly. All repair times are dependent on part availability. Standard repairs carry a 6-month warranty, and a 6-months warranty for aftermarket parts. water damaged repairs also carry a limited 3-month warranty. OEM LCD repairs come with a 1 year warranty if met by the criteria outline, OEM repairs that do not meet the 1 year warranty criteria will revert back to standard warranty terms and conditions. Self-attempted repairs or previously faulty repairs from another phone repair store will carry no warranty. Phone Garage warranty is void once a repaired device suffers further physical or liquid damage. a device is unrepairable and a refund is approved, all repair parts installed by Phone Garage remain che property of Phone Garage and must be returned for a refund to be processed.
